CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH). The addition of the DAC affinity complex allows the peptide to covalently bind to endogenous albumin after introduction. This extends its therapeutic window and metabolic half-life to approximately 6–8 days. It continuously stimulates the anterior pituitary gland to secrete Growth Hormone (GH), resulting in elevated basal levels of GH and Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1). It is primarily studied for long-term fat loss, continuous cellular repair, and muscle preservation.
