Epithalon

Epithalon is a synthetic tetrapeptide comprised of four amino acids (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly), modeled after the natural peptide Epithalamin produced in the pineal gland. Epithalon's core mechanism revolves around its unique ability to cross cellular membranes and upregulate the enzyme Telomerase. Telomerase elongates and repairs telomeres (the protective caps on the ends of chromosomes), allowing old or senescent cells to exceed their standard Hayflick limit and continue dividing without genetic decay. It is heavily researched for its life-extending properties, restoration of normal pineal circadian rhythms, and heavy anti-tumorigenic capabilities.
